The Niagara Regional Police Service says a restaurant on Drummond Road, south of Dunn Street in Niagara Falls, was the subject of two separate arson incidents a month apart, and on October 7, 2026 it published images and asked the public for help identifying the suspects. Uniform officers from NRPS 2 District and the Niagara Falls Fire Department responded to a fire at the restaurant in the early morning hours of August 26, 2026, and the force says the initial investigation determined the cause of the fire to be an arson involving two suspects who arrived on motorcycles. The same restaurant was targeted again in the early morning hours of September 26, 2026, and the force says that investigation revealed two suspects were involved again. Detectives from the 2 District Criminal Investigations Bureau are leading the investigation. The release reports no arrest, lists no charge, gives no clock time for either fire, names no officer, carries no quotation, does not name the restaurant, and names no criminal organization, street gang or outlaw motorcycle club. It does not say the two incidents are connected, though it notes the same restaurant was targeted and that the suspect descriptions were similar.

The August 26 Fire

According to the release, uniform officers from NRPS 2 District responded with the Niagara Falls Fire Department to a fire at the restaurant on Drummond Road in the early morning hours of August 26, 2026. The force says the initial investigation determined the cause of the fire to be an arson, and that two suspects were involved. The release says the fire was quickly extinguished and the damage was mitigated. It publishes no damage estimate, reports no injuries and gives no time of day.

The September 26 Fire

The release says the same restaurant was targeted again in the early morning hours of September 26, 2026, and that this investigation revealed two suspects were involved again. On this occasion, the force says, the two arrived on a single motorcycle, one riding and one as a passenger. The release says both fires were quickly extinguished and the damage mitigated. It gives no time of day for this fire either, and publishes no damage figure for it.

The Suspect Descriptions

The release publishes clothing descriptions for two suspects in each incident, four descriptions in all. It does not say the four are the same two people, and it does not describe the suspects in the first incident by race or sex. It says the suspects in the second incident both appeared to be white males.

Nobody has been arrested or charged in either incident, so there is no accused to name, and anyone later charged is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Every assertion above is the Niagara Regional Police Service’s. No gang, outlaw motorcycle club, crime family, syndicate or cartel label is used, because the release uses none, and the fact that the suspects arrived on motorcycles is not a club reference — the release makes no such link. This report is included because one commercial premises was the subject of two separate arson incidents a month apart, each involving two suspects arriving on motorcycles. No project is named, no firearm appears, and no drug or cash quantity appears. The release mentions no publication ban.
