Orillia OPP Charge Lincoln Zaremba, 19, With Fourteen Counts Including Possession of a Loaded Prohibited Firearm, and Cohen Hamilton, 36, and Annette Hamilton, 60, With Seven Counts Each in the West Street Drug Trafficking Investigation (October 2, 2026)
The three Orillia residents charged in the Orillia OPP’s West Street drug trafficking investigation are Lincoln Zaremba, 19, Cohen Hamilton, 36, and Annette Hamilton, 60, according to an account published by Muskoka 411 on Friday, October 2, 2026. The account lists each accused’s counts line by line: fourteen against Zaremba, including one count of possession of a loaded prohibited firearm and three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, and seven against each of the two Hamiltons, whose lists are identical. That is twenty-eight counts in all, nineteen of them weapons counts, six more counts than the twenty-two this site recorded in its October 1 briefing on the same investigation, when none of the three had been named. All three were held in custody for a bail hearing on October 1; no outcome has been published, and no Ontario Provincial Police release on the file could be located.
Lincoln Zaremba’s Fourteen Counts
The account prints the counts against Lincoln Zaremba, 19, of Orillia as: possession of fentanyl for the purpose of Trafficking; possession of cocaine for the purpose of Trafficking; possession of hydromorphone for the purpose of Trafficking; possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over; possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under; Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose, 2 counts; knowledge of unauthorized possession of a firearm, 2 counts; knowledge of unauthorized possession of a weapon, 2 counts; possession of a loaded prohibited firearm; possession of a prohibited device or ammunition; and unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm. The capitalisation of “Trafficking” and “Weapon for Dangerous Purpose” is the account’s own.
Counted out, that is three trafficking counts, two proceeds counts and nine weapons counts: 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 1 + 1 + 1 = 14. Zaremba is the only one of the three charged with any drug offence, and the only one charged with possession of a loaded prohibited firearm. His two proceeds counts are printed without a dollar figure, as “over” and “under”, while the same counts against the two Hamiltons carry “over $5000” and “under $5000”.
Two Identical Seven-Count Lists
Cohen Hamilton, 36, of Orillia and Annette Hamilton, 60, of Orillia are each charged with: Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose; knowledge of unauthorized possession of a firearm; knowledge of unauthorized possession of a weapon; possession of a prohibited device or ammunition; unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm; possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5000; and possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000. That is five weapons counts and two proceeds counts each, seven in all for each accused, and the two lists match line for line.
The account does not state any relationship between Cohen Hamilton and Annette Hamilton, and none is inferred here. It does not say which accused was at which of the two West Street addresses, and it does not attribute any seized item, firearm or dollar amount to any individual accused.
How the Count Changes
This site’s October 1 briefing worked from a Barrie 360 account that gave the 19-year-old five firearm counts and three trafficking counts, and each of the other two accused five firearm counts and two proceeds counts: twenty-two counts, fifteen of them firearm counts. Muskoka 411’s itemised list gives twenty-eight counts, nineteen of them weapons counts: 14 + 7 + 7 = 28, and 9 + 5 + 5 = 19. The two Hamiltons’ totals of seven are the same in both accounts. The whole difference sits with Zaremba: fourteen counts against eight, including two proceeds counts and four more weapons counts. Muskoka 411 does not say whether any count was laid after October 1.
The published seizure list includes two handguns. The account describes neither by make, type, calibre or class, and does not describe either handgun as loaded. The count of possession of a loaded prohibited firearm against Zaremba is the wording of a charge, not a description of a seized item.
Why This Sits on the Beat
Orillia is outside the primary footprint of this beat, so the file does not qualify on geography. It qualifies on concrete features named in the accounts: a count of possession of a loaded prohibited firearm against Zaremba, two handguns seized, suspected fentanyl among the drugs, more than $20,000 in Canadian currency, nineteen weapons counts across three accused, and a warrant executed by the Orillia OPP Community Street Crime Unit with Orillia General Law Enforcement officers and the Muskoka Community Street Crime Unit assisting.
What is new since the October 1 briefing
- Names: Lincoln Zaremba, 19, Cohen Hamilton, 36, and Annette Hamilton, 60, all of Orillia. All three were unnamed on October 1.
- Itemised counts: Each accused’s counts are printed line by line.
- New total: Twenty-eight counts, nineteen of them weapons counts, against the twenty-two counts and fifteen firearm counts in the October 1 account.
- The loaded-firearm count: One count of possession of a loaded prohibited firearm appears, against Zaremba alone.
- Proceeds counts against Zaremba: Two proceeds counts appear against Zaremba that the October 1 account did not list.
- The warrant: Muskoka 411 says “a warrant was issued” and “the warrant was executed”; Barrie 360 reported on October 1 that two search warrants were executed. This briefing does not choose between them.

Lincoln Zaremba, Cohen Hamilton and Annette Hamilton are each charged as set out above. None of the twenty-eight counts has been tested in court, no plea by any accused appears in anything published, and all three are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Every allegation here is the Ontario Provincial Police’s as Muskoka 411 words it; no Ontario Provincial Police release on this file could be located, so the charge wording reproduced above is that account’s, including its capitalisation, and that account is the source for the allegations. A charge is not a finding of fact: the single count of possession of a loaded prohibited firearm is the wording of a count and not a description of a seized item, and neither Muskoka 411 nor Barrie 360 describes any firearm as loaded. Orillia sits outside the primary footprint of this beat; the concrete features that put the file on it are named in full in the section above. Neither account read names any criminal organization, street gang, outlaw motorcycle club, crime family or cartel, and none is named here. Neither account read mentions a publication ban.
