Manitoba RCMP say Selkirk RCMP answered a report of a man with a firearm on Lockport Road in the RM of St. Andrews, and that a man who had gone back inside came out holding two knives and advanced on officers. A 32-year-old Niverville man faces three listed charges and was remanded.
