Ontario Provincial Police say the Provincial Joint Forces Cannabis Enforcement Team seized 5,260 illegal cannabis plants valued at $7.9 million, $1,900 in cash and a 2015 Lexus RX350 from a County Road 12 property in Greater Napanee. Six people are charged under the Cannabis Act and are to appear in Napanee on December 15.
