New Brunswick RCMP say a vehicle failed to stop for a Grand Bay-Westfield officer on Route 7 on October 14 and was later pulled over on Route 1 in the Saint John area, where quantities of suspected fentanyl and cash were seized. Ranjinder Singh Sandhu, 40, of Richmond, British Columbia, is charged.
