A 16-year-old boy was shot Wednesday afternoon near a shopping centre in Laval’s Saint-Francois district. Laval police arrested a male youth and a 35-year-old woman, both scheduled to appear in court Thursday. The victim is expected to recover and no motive has been disclosed.
