The Sûreté du Québec says it arrested Trésor N’Kumbu Luyeye, 42, of Mascouche on a warrant from a May 2025 operation against what it calls a fraud cell based in Mascouche. The force says the investigation covers 26 fraud files in five Canadian provinces and $3,300,000 in losses to car dealerships.
