The force lists the totals seized as 83.9 grams of fentanyl, 15.9 grams of cocaine, 30 Percocet pills and $2,351.75 in Canadian currency. The four accused—a 19-year-old man from Etobicoke, a 22-year-old man from Peterborough, a 61-year-old woman from Peterborough and a 20-year-old woman from Peterborough—each face four or five counts, 17 in all by a tally of the listed charges. All four were held in custody and appeared in court on October 21. No names have been released. The same release lists a second arrest made during the execution of the same warrant, a 39-year-old Peterborough man and a 47-year-old Peterborough woman, with a separate seizure of about 115.7 grams of cocaine, 10.5 grams of fentanyl and 42 Dilaudid pills.

The Drug Warrant in the Area of Jackson Avenue and Albert Street

The Peterborough Police Service says its Drug Unit executed a drug warrant at a residence in the area of Jackson Avenue and Albert Street in the early hours of Wednesday, October 21, 2026. PtboCanada, which reported the arrests the same day, puts the residence near Jackson Avenue and Albert Street.

The seizure totals the force publishes for the four accused are 83.9 grams of fentanyl, 15.9 grams of cocaine, 30 Percocet pills and $2,351.75 in Canadian currency. Neither the release nor PtboCanada says which items were found in which part of the residence or which accused any item is attributed to.

A Second Arrest During the Same Warrant

The release lists a second arrest made during the execution of the same warrant: a 39-year-old Peterborough man and a 47-year-old Peterborough woman, with a separate seizure of about 115.7 grams of cocaine, 10.5 grams of fentanyl and 42 Dilaudid pills. That seizure is not part of the totals above, which cover the four accused listed in the first item of the release.

The Four Accused and Their Counts

The Peterborough Police Service lists the charges accused by accused. The 19-year-old man from Etobicoke, the 61-year-old woman from Peterborough and the 20-year-old woman from Peterborough each face the same three listed charges: “Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Opioid X2,” “Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine” and “Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by a Crime under $5,000.” The opioid charge is printed once with the notation “X2”; counted as two, each of those three accused carries four counts.

The 22-year-old man from Peterborough faces those same charges plus one count of “Fail to comply with release order.” Police say he was found to be bound by a release order from Winnipeg with conditions not to possess or use any illegal drug. That makes five counts for him, and 17 across the four accused by a tally of the listed charges, reading “X2” as two counts. Neither the Peterborough Police Service nor PtboCanada publishes a total of its own.

All four were held in custody and appeared in court on October 21, 2026. No later court date has been published, and no names have been released.
