TORONTO & MISSISSAUGA — Tactical officers from Peel Regional Police’s Central Robbery Bureau have unsealed the international arrest of a 24-year-old United Kingdom national who fled Canada following a daylight armed commercial carjacking near Toronto Pearson International Airport.

The fugitive, **Raheem Hartley (24)**, was disarmed and taken into federal custody as he stepped off an international flight at Toronto Pearson Airport. The arrest closes a multi-year joint surveillance probe tracking Hartley’s movements since he slipped past border authorities following an armed takeover near Torbram Road and Derry Road East.

The robbery dossier tracks back to the afternoon of February 4, 2025. Shortly after 4:30 p.m., a commercial driver was parked in his delivery vehicle near Torbram Road and Derry Road East in Mississauga when two masked gunmen approached.
